You're in bed, exhausted, but sleep won't come because your mind is still running tomorrow before it's even here. Your body's tight before you've stood up. It's not in your head : it's held in your body, and nobody's ever shown you where.

A lot of people get used to living that way. You keep going, keep handling it, and somewhere along the way your body stops feeling like a place you can rest in. That weight doesn't always come with a warning. It just settles in and stays.

That's where body mapping can help. It's like holding up a mirror and having a conversation about what's showing up, using a simple five-step process: Map, Ask, Regulate, Respond, and Reassess. Sometimes that first look opens the door to other sessions and a deeper, more meaningful, relaxed experience.
