Program Description

Dual Star Energetic Healing LLC provides non-invasive nervous system support services designed to help individuals experiencing chronic stress, hypervigilance, emotional overwhelm, and the cumulative effects of high-stress occupations and life experiences.

Our programs integrate evidence-informed wellness practices including guided relaxation, mindfulness, breathwork, sound-based relaxation techniques, restorative meditation, peer-informed support principles, and Reiki-based relaxation practices to promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

The primary goal of our services is to create safe, structured environments where participants can activate the body's natural relaxation response, reduce stress, improve self-regulation, and develop personal resilience strategies that support long-term wellness.

Dual Star specializes in serving:

Veterans
First Responders
Healthcare Workers
Caregivers
Individuals experiencing chronic stress or burnout
Justice-involved individuals engaged in recovery and reintegration

Programs are delivered through individual sessions, small-group experiences, community wellness events, and the Watchman's Circle Community Resilience & Restoration Program.

Statement of Need

Many individuals who serve their communities, families, and professions operate under prolonged periods of stress that can negatively impact emotional well-being, resilience, interpersonal relationships, and quality of life.

While traditional healthcare services address important clinical needs, there remains a growing demand for complementary wellness programs that help participants develop practical skills for relaxation, self-awareness, stress management, and nervous system regulation.

Dual Star seeks to expand access to non-clinical wellness services that complement existing healthcare and community support systems by providing structured opportunities for restoration, self-care, and resilience-building.

Expected Outcomes

Participants may experience:

Reduced self-reported stress levels
Improved relaxation and emotional regulation
Increased self-awareness of stress responses
Enhanced coping and resilience skills
Greater sense of community connection and support
Improved overall wellness and quality of life

Program effectiveness is evaluated through participant feedback, before-and-after wellness surveys, and ongoing program assessment.

Mission Statement

"Providing nervous system support for those who carry the weight of service."

Through accessible wellness programs, Dual Star Energetic Healing helps individuals reconnect with their capacity for rest, resilience, and restoration.

Not Broken, Just Braced: How Your Body Holds On After Service

Anthony hit the ball and started running toward first base.
